I. Selection of Lining Material
Our liquid-cooled rubber hoses offer a variety of liner materials, including PA12 and UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene). The selection of these materials ensures the durability and stability of our products, providing strong assurance for the high-performance operation of data centers.
II. Diversified inner and outer rubber materials
Our hoses can be made with either EPDM or CIIR chlorinated butyl rubber for both the inner and outer rubber layers. Among these, EPDM is renowned for its excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance; while CIIR chlorinated butyl rubber offers exceptionally high gas tightness—100 times greater than that of EPDM—ensuring zero liquid leakage and providing a highly reliable environment for data centers.
